Being with us means you will have access to our experienced sales team that has extensive hands-on product knowledge. You may be wondering what sets us apart from others? Firstly, our zipper track system, its as easy as it sounds, Our screens uses a zipper guided system, allowing for an outdoor space to be fully enclosed. Secondly, Heavy Gauge Aluminum- We manufacture our screens using only locally sourced materials. Lastly, Our Ease of Installation, We wanted our product to be hassle free and designed for easy installation, requiring only 2 people for most applications.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes we do. All solar screens come with a 10 year warranty. All vinyl screens come with a 1 yr warranty. Remotes and Motors come with a 5 year warranty. And, We offer unlimited lifetime warranty on powder coating.
*Installation warranties will come directly from the dealer

How much will it cost me?

All screens are custom made per order to specification. Our sales team is standing by to help you with a quote for your next project and to guide and assist you to make sure you get all that you need to ensure the process is seamless.

Do you sell direct? And can I install this myself?

As the manufacturer we only sell through pre approved dealers. To find a dealer in your area you can use our “ dealer locator” feature at the top of our home page or you can fill out a contact form and we will be happy to send your info to a dealer and they will reach out to you. Universal Screens does not recommend that you do the install yourself. We encourage you to use a certified installer offered to you by the dealer at time of purchase to ensure you are getting the best warranty coverage.

Do you offer installation?

Unfortunately, Universal Screens does not offer installation, but when you order through our industry best dealers they have installers that will be able to assess the location prior to install and answer any questions you have before or after installation is complete.

What are your lead times?

Lead times can fluctuate depending on the season. To get the most accurate lead time we encourage you to reach out to sales@usmotions.com.

How much is shipping?

Once an order is complete and ready to be shipped our shipping department will reach out and advise of the best rates for you. Keep in mind the rates can vary on time of day, weight and number of unit(s), length and destination.
